Answers...To Go! replaced "Reference on Call" on July 1, 2003. State budget reductions compelled the Northeast Massachusetts Regional Library System (NMRLS) to eliminate the after hours "on Call" services. Hence the name change.

We hope this site reflects changes that better meet the library needs of home users with alternative, redesigned resources.
