• Participants may register online above or print out the registration form and send via fax or mail to the NMRLS office. NMRLS fax no.: 978-739-4537.

• Registrants will receive an e-mail or letter indicating the workshops for which they are confirmed as well as the workshops that are full. If a workshop is full, we will create a waiting list and notify people if there are any cancellations.

• Workshop cancellations. A message will be placed on the NMRLS answering machine, the NMRLS web site and listserv by 7:30 a.m. the morning of a program. If the weather is in question, the policy is, if the public schools are closed in the town where the program is to be held, the program will be cancelled. If a workshop is cancelled before the date it was to be held, NMRLS will make every effort to contact the registered members.

• If you have registered for a workshop and are unable to attend, please notify the NMRLS office as soon as possible. This will allow us to fill your spot with someone from the waiting list.   Please read the Continuing Education policy and be aware that the consequences of not attending a workshop you have registered for is receiving the lowest registration priority for upcoming workshops (i.e. automatically wait-listed for future workshops).  NMRLS CE policy is online at:  http://www.nmrls.org/ce/policy.shtml.

• In addition to the workshops on the calendar, other workshops and special programs may be added. Notices for additional programs will go to the general Discussion List first and will then be distributed with our monthly newsletter.

• For many of the technology classes, there are prerequisites. Please be sure that you are comfortable with all of the skills necessary for the workshop. If you are not and would like some one-on-one assistance before the workshop, please call the NMRLS office. We would be happy to visit your library or make other arrangements to assist you.
