- If your library has experienced a damaged item while being handled in delivery, it is best to report it as soon as possible.
Damaged items can be reported in the following ways:
- Contact NMRLS by phone - 888-326-7772 or fax - 978-739-4537 a completed Damaged Item Claim Form (http://www.nmrls.org/delivery/claim.doc) to NMRLS. Please use Claim forms for all applicable damaged items.
- By E-mail, to Eastern Connection (nmrls2@easternconnection.com)
This email goes to 4 people at Eastern Connection, plus Lucie Gallagher, to assure proper response.
All claims will be addressed and responded to in a timely manner. Please keep a copy of the Damaged Item Claim Form in your files for record keeping.
