We conducted the semi-annual delivery volume survey for all NMRLS libraries (74) on delivery service. Rather than mailing out hard copies, we changed it to an Online Survey. The option for printing it out and faxing it back was still available! The procedure was the same: count each item placed into delivery for pickup, including books, CD's, DVD's, video's, audio books, envelopes, etc. The number of bins was also counted. The survey was conducted for a five-day count anytime during the last week of March, through the first week of April. We will report the results in our next newsletter.
