We are pleased to announce that most of the vendor contracts for the FY06 MARLS Cooperative Supply and Materials Purchasing program are being extended through FY07. The only vendor that could not renew their contract was the Library Store. Items they were awarded in FY06 will be dropped from the FY07 Cooperative. We are sorry for any inconvenience this may cause, but the items should return to the list for the FY08 Coop when we expect to go through the complete bid process again. An update to the FY07 Supply List deleting the specific items being dropped will be available on our web site www.wmrls.org/coop/index.html as of July 1, 2006.
Current members of the FY06 Coop will automatically be eligible for the FY07 Coop. No signatures or forms are needed to continue the program. Regional members that were not part of the FY06 MARLS Coop and would now like to join must fill out the pledge/participation forms available from their local Regional Library System.
