Each year NMRLS surveys the membership to determine members' satisfaction with services. We invite all member library staffs to complete this year's online survey by April 28th. You are welcome to complete any part(s) that you are familiar with or the entire survey. The survey is made up of seven sections, covering the following service areas. The survey has a varying color scheme and shading for different service areas to help you navigate.

Communications
Reference Services
Continuing Education
Advisory and Technical Assistance
Resource Sharing
Delivery
Other Services

This year we are asking three questions about each service:

Is your library satisfied? We seek your opinion on how satisfied you are with services to your library. Feel free to note that you do not use a service or that you were not aware of it. Your responses will help us serve you better and fine tune our promotional efforts to make members aware of what is available.

How important is a particular service to NMRLS membership as a whole? We would like to learn how members judge the importance of our services to the membership as a whole. Please answer this question for the entire region, not for your library. If you feel that a service is very important for the region although your library does not use it, please mark it as very important. We are already familiar with the importance placed on services by various types of libraries that use them. This question is aimed at getting the big picture.

Do you have any additional comments about a particular service?
