We are pleased to announce our new Northeast Massachusetts Digital Library (NMDL) web site: http://www.nmrls.org/nmdl/

This is the next phase of the NMRLS Digital Library Initiative. It began with about 100 images on the ECHOES site which is still available. The NMDL will be expanded over the next two years under LSTA grant funding to add some 4,000 images from member library collections.

Also included is a searchable index of images, links to images available in Local Collections, and a Member Services link for NMRLS member libraries.

Credit is due to the efforts of member libraries, the NMRLS Digital Library Committee, and NMRLS staff members who brought it all together.
