The Penguin Guide to Blues Recordings is a descriptive and evaluative list of the discography of more than 1000 blues musicians.

Putting Customers First, a forty minute Library Network Video, presents customer service strategies for handling phone, chat, and email transactions. Using these tactics Columbus Metropolitan Library and West Palm Beach Library in Florida were able to make their libraries more responsive to the needs of the community.
