New Reference Additions:
The three volume Encyclopedia of Food and Culture features articles written by food historians, chefs, bakers, nutritionists, farmers, and horticulturists. The essential aspects of food are covered, including production, storage, specialty foods for festivals worldwide, and the history of ethnic foods.
History of Women in the United States, a State by State Reference explores the political, cultural, and social history in each state plus Washington, D.C. and Puerto Rico. Biographies, chronologies, historic documents, and statistics support the topics presented.
Masterplots II Drama Series, revised edition includes all the plays in the previous edition plus ninety-two new titles. The new titles include twenty plays first produced after 1990.
