The Supplementary Deposit Collections Committee met on May 24 at the Merrimac Public Library, current contracting Library for the Collection. Budget and circulation reports were reviewed. The Committee felt it important that accurate statistics be captured in the coming year in the light of the cost analysis study of programs and services NMRLS will be implementing.

A tour of the facility was given by Director Don MacMillan to area librarians who use the collection.
