Congratulations to North Andover Historical Society, which received a $3,820 Museum Assessment - Public Dimension grant from IMLS. Museum Assessment Program http://www.imls.gov/grants/museum/mus_map.aspgrants are designed to help museums assess their strengths and weaknesses and plan for the future by completing a self-study. Grant recipients also receive a site visit by one or more museum professionals, who tour the museum and meet with staff, governing officials, and volunteers.

Under the Public Dimension Assessment category, North Andover Historical Society will look at the way in which it serves and communicates with its audiences.
