Fran Kimball will be the new YA Librarian at Newbury Town Library, replacing Ann Masoth.
Gunta Vittands, the long-time librarian of Brooks School in North Andover, is retiring. Caroline Gilmore will be the new Librarian as of July 1. Ann Massoth, former YA librarian at Newbury, will be the new Assistant Librarian after July.
