The Executive Board approved implementation plans for year one of NMRLS new strategic plan at its May meeting. The plan addresses NMRLS goals, objectives, and activities in the following areas:

• Advocacy
• Continuing Education
• Delivery
• Infrastructure
• Inter-Library Collaboration
• Marketing and Public Relations
• Reference

Many members have already volunteered to assist in implementation of the ambitious goals set out in the plan. If you are interested in participating in one of the areas above and have not yet told us, or if you have comments or questions about the plan, please let Greg Pronevitz know.
