Are you in awe of the good work one or more of your colleagues perform for your library or the library community? Do you know someone who consistently provides service above and beyond the call of duty? A problem solver with a can-do attitude? Maybe that person is you! You may nominate as many people as you like. It's a great way to say "Thank you for all you've done!"

The Outstanding Paralibrarian of the Year
This non-MLS library staffer goes above and beyond the limits of a job title, meeting high standards of service and excellence and showing pride in library work. This person exemplifies the ideal that true professionalism isn't limited to professional librarians.
The Paralibrarian Advocate of the Year
This person knows the value of paralibrarians in our libraries, and has worked to increase visibility and opportunities for non-MLS staff. This person may or may not be a paralibrarian - s/he could be a director, a supervisor, a colleague - anyone who has demonstrated outstanding support for library paralibrarians.
