Turning Your Ideas into Actions
June 1, 10:00 AM - 4:00 PM at NMRLS

Your library could use great ideas. You have a great idea! Too often these ideas don't become a reality and an opportunity is lost.

Do these challenges sound familiar? : "I can't get any one to listen;" "Resources are scarce;" "Politics get in the way." Learn to open the door for opportunity.....

Objectives for this workshop are to provide frameworks that can be used in the future and give each participant an opportunity to develop a plan for implementing an immediate idea and receive feedback on that plan during the workshop. Discussion will be tailored to the group attending. Registrants will be asked to submit their ideas ahead of the session.

This workshop is valuable for administrators and leaders at all staff levels.

Trainers will be Vicki Milledge, PhD and Tony DeAngelis, Principal Consultants from Redline Organizational Performance Consulting, Norwood. Vicki and Tony facilitated a Conflict Resolution workshop for NMRLS last year.
