are available on our Web site: http://www.nmrls.org/surveys/2003results.shtml. We will work with the Executive Board, committees, and staff to follow up with contractors and members as necessary to address any issues noted by respondents.

We were pleased to see that NMRLS customer service earned the top choice in the "very satisfied" ranking with 75 respondents making that choice. When we combined the choices of "very satisfied" and "satisfied," the same list resulted in slightly different order. The top ten services in this category are at right.

Very Important - Top Ten
  1. Gale Group (InfoTrac)
  2. Delivery
  3. CE/Training Programs
  4. ILL Services
  5. NMRLS Customer Service
  6. OCLC WorldCat
  7. NMRLS Web Site
  8. NewsBank

  10. Statewide Cooperatives for Supplies and Materials
The top ten category "very important" includes the total of choices for either Memorial Hall Library and NOBLE ILL Center services. When we added "very important" plus "important," there was one different service-NMRLS Online Newsletter, which would have outranked Statewide Cooperative Purchasing.

We identified two services with over two percent unsatisfied-Journal Article Document Delivery and Reference USA and will be following up to address the issues. Members indicated that some services were not as important. In only one case, Informé, did this number exceed the number of choices stating that it was important or very important. We attribute this to the very specialized audience for this Spanish-language service.
