Remember to check the Federal Register for notices of funding opportunities. The U.S. Department of Education, Office of Vocational and Adult Education, has grants available in its Community Technology Centers Program. To be eligible, an applicant must have "the capacity to significantly expand access to computers and related services for disadvantaged residents of economically distressed urban and rural communities who would otherwise be denied such access."
