Boxford Town Libraries has a new Assistant Director, Debra Hiett. She is from a New Hampshire library.

Susan Katzenstein has been appointed as the Assistant Director at Haverhill Public Library, effective April 9. Susan has been Head of the Reference Department for the past 14 years, and brings expertise and energy to her new position, which has been restored by the city after a long-term hiatus.

New Faces at the Newburyport Public Library

Newburyport Public Library has three new staff members: Diane Oxton, Lynn Marks and Mamie Custer. Diane has joined the Children’s Room staff. Her past library experience includes employment at the Amesbury Middle School and Amesbury Public libraries. Lynn is part of the Circulation team. Lynn worked previously at the Governor’s Academy Library in Byfield. Mamie is a librarian in the Information Services Department. Mamie has relocated from Tennessee where she worked as a teen librarian and at the adult reference and circulation desks at a branch of the Nashville Public Library.
