The NOBLE ILL Center in Danvers will have its annual Spring ILL meeting. It's a once a year chance to talk about Regional ILL service, update ILL'ers on new developments, solve problems and continue the "get them what they want" philosophy.

Scott Kehoe of NMRLS will give an update on MassCat and its potential role in Regional ILL.

This year the ILL meeting will combine with the NMRLS Delivery Committee to include information and updates on delivery issues. We'll talk about Delivery services with the NMRLS staff, including Greg Pronevitz, and the Delivery Committee. Here is an opportunity for discussion of labeling, banding, sending fragile packages, communications, and packing bins. The Regional office and the Committee want your input!

We will be discussing new (or any old) ILL issues of concern, some procedures that need a little tweaking, and any ideas you might have to help make ILL service a little better.

This year the ILL meeting will include information and an update on MassCat from NMRLS staff, Scott Kehoe. We'll also talk about Delivery Services with the NMRLS staff and the Delivery Committee.
