Our keynote speaker will be Jane Brox, whose latest book, Clearing Land: Legacies of the American Farm, was published by North Point Press in September. Her book, Five Thousand Days Like This One, was a 1999 finalist for the National Book Critics Circle Award in nonfiction. Here and Nowhere Else, her first book published in 1995, won the L.L. Winship/PEN New England Award.
