Representing Yourself in a Civil Case: Things to consider when going to Court

"Law About Self-Represented Litigants," now available through the Massachusetts Trial Court Law Libraries, is an online guide providing a general description of some of the important steps involved in a civil case. This resource will be very helpful for people who are considering representing themselves in a civil case in a Massachusetts trial court. It is intended to provide an overview of the court process in a civil case, as well as providing links to various resources for the self-represented litigant.

Remote Access to Law Journal Articles Now Available to Massachusetts Trial Court Law Library Card Holders

Holders of library cards from the Massachusetts Trial Court Law Libraries may now enjoy remote access to the Hein OnLine database of over 1100 Law Journal publications. Search, retrieve and print from home, office or laptop! Hein Online provides these materials as PDF images, so every chart, table, picture or footnote appears just as in the original article.
