I am looking for information on the Boston Exchange Hotel. It operated during the 1800's.

Answer:The building was called the Boston Exchange Coffee House and was built in 1809. It burned down in 1818. It was on an acre between Congress and State Street and contained a coffee house, hotel, and offices.
