Request for Proposals to Provide
Supplementary Deposit Collection Services

NMRLS has issued an RFP for Supplementary Deposit Collection services for FY2005-FY2007. Proposals are welcome from NMRLS member libraries.

Our current contracting library, Memorial Hall Library (Andover), has announced that they are unable to continue providing this service after the current fiscal year, 2004.

The RFP includes a full description of services that include storing, managing, and arranging for the provision of audiobooks, large print, and curriculum-related materials from the collection to public libraries that serve communities of under 25,000 population.

A letter of intent to bid is required for all potential bidders and due by 11:00 AM on October 20, 2003.

Full responses are due by 11:00 AM on November 26, 2003.
