Answers...To Go! replaced "Reference on Call" on July 1, 2003. This user-friendly, attractive web site was designed to meet the remote library needs of residents of the 54 towns in NMRLS service area. We have tracked use of the new site and were encouraged to record over 150 visitors per day with over 2,200 hits per day in September. On the other hand, we are still recording hits and visitors on our obsolete site "referenceoncall.org." Please discard any promotional items and delete links to this obsolete web site. We were compelled to eliminate the after hours "On Call" services due to a budget reduction last year and are concentrating all end user services on the new Answers…To Go! site.
Answers...To Go! is designed to supplement local library services for patrons at home. We encourage patrons to visit and support their local library. Please let us know if you have any comments about this new service.

Most Answers...To Go! visitors use NMRLS online databases. In FY2003 NMRLS' 13 academic library users averaged 1,580 user sessions and 53 public libraries averaged 1,763. School use was very low because most student use is via a public library card. To see how often your patrons log in remotely, please visit: http://www.nmrls.org/reference/stats/index.shtml
