MBLC Fundraising Workshop
The Massachusetts Board of Library Commissioners is sponsoring a fundraising workshop on Saturday, September 30th at the Holiday Inn in Marlboro called "Conducting an Annual Appeal" from 10:00 AM. to 1:00 PM..
All library directors, trustees and Friends of libraries are invited to attend. The workshop is free, however, registration is required.
Facilitated by Joseph (Jay) Caporale, President & COO of Ruotolo Associates Inc., the workshop will provide you with the tools to implement an annual appeal at your library. Such a fundraising initiative may supplement your budget or enable you to increase your services to the community.
There is a homework assignment to be completed prior to this workshop. In preparation for this workshop, please arrive ready to discuss the needs of your library. You will leave this workshop armed with an overall understanding of an annual appeal, a fundraising plan of action, as well as the materials and the confidence to execute your plan!
