  • Please contact the NMRLS office if you are not receiving monthly statistics from Gale via e-mail.
• NetLibrary
  • If this is the first time your are accessing statistics, please visit http://www.nmrls.org/reference/netlibrary.shtml for information about creating a user account, obtaining usage statistics, and using the Resource Center for your reports.
  • To access your library's usage statistics or other reports on NetLibrary, you can go to: http://www.netlibrary.com/resourcecenter. Enter your username and password.
• NewsBank
  • Members may obtain their own In-library usage statistics by visiting http://infoweb.newsbank.com/stats. You may need to type in your user name and password. If you need this information, please contact the NMRLS office.

    Please note: The Newsbank stats screen should have the name of your library or institution at the top of the page. If it says "Northeast Massachusetts Regional Library System (NMRLS), this is incorrect. You'll need to delete the original Newsbank cookie(s) set during the trial period.
